Task & Responsibilities : TBIG Leader Development Program (TLDP), also known as the management trainee program, offers a series of in-class and on-the-job trainings to provide candidates with opportunities for self-development and fast-track career growth. It also allows candidates to collaborate with the company’s cross-functional professionals and Subject Matter Experts.
2. Property Management Section Head Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in property management or facilities management with a focus on mechanical and civil engineering.
Knowledge of building systems, regulatory codes, and safety standards.
Strong project management skills, with experience managing budgets and vendors.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
Task & Responsibilities :
1. Building Maintenance & Operations:
Oversee daily operations and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Monitor and maintain structural integrity and safety of building infrastructure (walls, roofing, foundations.
Coordinate inspections and repairs for systems including elevators, fire safety equipment, and emergency power.
2. Preventive Maintenance Planning:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for mechanical and structural systems.
Conduct regular assessments of building systems to preemptively address potential issues.
Manage documentation for maintenance activities, warranties, and repair history.
3. Compliance & Safety:
Ensure property systems comply with relevant codes and regulations (building codes, OSHA, environmental standards).
Conduct risk assessments and manage safety inspections, coordinating necessary updates or repairs.
Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainable practices to optimize building efficiency.
4. Project Management:
Oversee renovations, upgrades, and construction projects related to building systems.
Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and architects, ensuring projects are on schedule and meet standards.
Review designs and plans to align with property requirements and ensure structural compatibility.
