1. CONIM Analyst (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

Analyze current process standards and metrics in order to provide suggestions for improvements.
Perform data gathering, root cause analysis and performance trending in order to develop appropriate process control changes.
Organize internal improvement convention and ensure its quality corresponding to national or international standard
Facilitate and coach QCC teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and prioritize delivery plans.
Assess the quality of improvement submission from individuals/team.
Promote and drive 5S and Continuous Improvement program in all area of the business (Head Office & Regional Office)

Requirements:

2. Environmental Social Governance Compliance Analyst (Jakarta)
Responsibilities:

Preparation of documents that related to GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark) policies
Support GRESB & ESG Certification
Support for implementation of ISO 14064
Developing models and conducting analyses to predict the impact of potential environmental hazards
Preparing reports about findings, conclusions, and recommendations for future action

Requirements:

3. ISP Design Senior Engineer (Jakarta)
Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance to customers, driving solution architecture and ensuring solution strategy is optimally aligned with business strategy.
Work closely with the sales team and customers to prove the proposed solutions to the customers.
Have the Ability to develop Architecture Specification deliverables that map customer business requirements to solutions/technologies.
Create and implement a solution roadmap and select the proper infrastructure and technology platform or product based on in-depth knowledge of one and broad knowledge of other technologies and/or alliance product landscape.
Design, Planning Engineering for IP Network / GPON / Metro-E / DWDM Active Equipment
Conduct POC for new technology related to ISP
Budgeting, Improvement Design and Cost Efficient for ISP Core Network & Transport Network
Create a Proposal for a New business related Network
Create Effective Network solutions for customers
Create Standardization Equipment for new product

Requirements:

Bachelor in Telecom/Data/Computer Networking Engineering or equivalent Min 5 Year experience in ISP / System Integrator / Data Center Company as Planning Engineering of Network
More than five years or more experience in IP/MPLS networks deployment and technical support role
Good knowledge of Routing & Switches (e.g., Border Gateway Protocol (BGP), Virtual Switching System (VSS), Open Shortest Path First (OSPF), Spanning Tree Protocol (STP), Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS) Layer 3 Virtual Private Network (VPN), GPON etc.)
Having CCNA certification or equivalent. CCNP / CCIE or any equivalent is a plus
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, knowledge management skills and working
Candidate has Highly developed verbal and written communication skills, including the capability to develop and deliver high-quality public presentations.
Having Strong Knowledge of MS Office Spreadsheet
Having GIS (Geographic Information System) Software experience is advantageous.
Having Python and SQL skills is advantaged
Having Experience in OSP Design is advantaged
Fluent in English – written and verbal communication
Enthusiastic and willing to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environment
Has a passion for technology and wants to make a difference with technology solutions

4. Accounting Staff (Jakarta)
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that the availability of subsidiary financial report is available accurately and on time;
Ensure report are in accordance with PSAK through management of administrative and accounting function;
Ensure that the length of the individual company annual audit report draft is completed on time;
Ensure the percentage of accuracy of the Financial Statement released in accordance with the Financial Statement list

Requirements:

5. Project Management Fiber Optic Section Head (Pekanbaru)
Key Responsibilities :

Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on scope.
Manage the development of infrastructure and supporting facilities
Supervise the execution of supporting facilities construction and additional capacity.
Ensure the quality of project delivery as required.
Manage the implementation of network integration.
Manage all activities and administration related to deployment.

Requirements :

Minimum Bachelor degree, majoring in Telecommunication / Information Technology / Civil Engineering / Electrical Engineering
Minimum experience 5 years as Project Supervisor.
Excellent in communication and negotiation skill
Concern to target, achiever, and has customer focus orientation.
Having deep understanding about Project Management and Fiber Optic Technology
