Job Title : Lounge Waiter / Waitress Placement: I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport
Responsibilities :
Support daily lounge operations and provide schedule coverage when required.
Welcome guests, assist with reception duties, and provide a positive first impression.
Escort guests and explain lounge facilities, services, VIP rooms, and available amenities.
Maintain overall lounge & tableware cleanliness and presentation. Prepare buffet stations, table settings, and ensure equipment is ready for service.
Serve food and beverages professionally, courteously, and in accordance with service standards.
Monitor lounge facilities, flight information, and menu offerings to assist guests effectively.
Collect customer feedback and support continuous service improvement.
Conduct inventory checks, replenish supplies, assist with monthly stock counts, and ensure equipment is properly cleaned, stored, and available for use.
Requirements :
Minimum high school graduate (SMA / SMK / equivalent).
Minimum height 158 cm for women, 168 cm for men.
Well-groomed, professional, and presentable appearance.
Proficiency in English is mandatory; other languages such as Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, etc. would be a plus point.
Relevant experience in Hospitality (hotel / restaurant) would be advantageous.
Physically and mentally fit, supported by a valid medical certificate. Willing to work in a shifting system at I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport.
